Country Estate
Designed to broaden but reflect the country farmhouse style of existing structures on the site.
Project Design Partnership:
New Virden ArtWorks and
George Moore, Architecture
This Queen Anne Victorian Residence was designed for a growing and close knit family. It was meant to be the "family seat" on a large tract of land in north Georgia.
The structure, while necessarily large to accommodate extended family and house guests was designed to incorporate intimate spaces and focus on attention to detail in order to give the house human scale. An existing victorian clapboard farm house would serve as additional guest quarters.
